How To Build a Vertical Aquaponic Veggie & Fish Farm

Feed your family year round with this vertical Aquaponic vegetable and fish farm. All you need is a space approx 3′ x 5′ and a few old pipes and drums and you’re in business.

By growing vertically, you can produce almost double the harvest or a regular hydroponic system. One 5′  tower is said to produce more than 200 heads of lettuce per year and uses a fraction of the water needed to grow in soil.

The system uses fish waste as fertilizer and a small solar powered pump to pump the water around the system.
